At one time I weigh 250, now I weigh 155. What people need to realize is that kind of weight loss takes time. With dedication to diet and exercise.if I may I like to make a suggestion regarding your collagen and tighter skin. On a daily basis I do cold shower therapy, and dry brush massage with natural fiber bristles and lots and lots of water, I'm 64 years old I have no flabby skin and hardly any wrinkles I'm often mistaken for being 10 to 15 years younger. I think with enough time, you can eventually tighten all of the loose skin to where there is none left. Autophagy does recycle old and damaged cells, and regenerate new healthy cells. So since loose skin is made up of damaged protein cells, autophagy should be able to take care of all of that. It would just take longer depending on how obese a person was. The more loose skin there is to tighten, the longer it will take for autophagy to tighten it all back.

Thanks for this vedio dry fasting is a powerful tool for eliminating the loose skin l tried it myself l did 16/8 dry fasting and I saw great results the more hours we fast the more results we get

I do omad 5 days a week and 16/8 on days off I have noticed, I look younger. My skin is much clearer, and I feel like I am more muscular. I drink some water early in the morning but dry fast for atleast 12 hours ( no food or calories) during this time and in my view it works wonders! I am almost 39 but pass for 29.

I am in the middle of reaching my goal. Was, at my heaviest, around 260 lbs. Am now 80 lbs. lighter with 60 lbs. to go toward my goal. I've kind of been at a stand still at my current weight because of the holidays, but looking forward to getting back on track in the new year. Anyhow, I started incorporating dry fasting for 24 hours at a time, once a month. I'm on my third time right now doing this. I have to say it's hard to tell for certain, but I do believe the loose skin that started to develop around my belly and neck has seemed to have tightened up some since doing this. It's not as crepey, especially around my belly. I find that even if it's just my imagination or wishful thinking, since I didn't have much loose skin yet at this point in my journey, I feel the other benefits of autophagy (sp?) is enough inspiration for me to continue incorporating it in my life. Just have a plan for the day, and learn the proper way to break the fast, and it's a very manageable process.

I’ve done it before and absolutely love it. 3 day and 4 days dry fasts. The thing that I hate is that there isn’t a lot of studies and data backing it up. I wish there were proper big clinical studies looking into it!

I dry fasted for 5 full consecutive days last week and my face looks nice and tight, in a youthful way, not a weird way. I love it. I'm in the process of losing weight to be a bridesmaid in my brothers wedding, so I have a target date. I plan on going on another 10-day dry fast in a week or so. Dry fasting has made me look so youthful, it is a great tool in a weight loss plan.

dry fasting aka hyperosmolality can tighten skin depending on your age and how many hours it’s done. For me I’ve noticed eye bags reducing in size and the shrinking of scars. You should see obvious skin tightening after ~400 hours worth of dry fasting.

I am about to approach my most aggressive fast yet, I have had a kangaroo pouch for 20 years now (lost 120lbs in a single year when I was 18 and it never tightened) I would love to see it gone

it will be 15 days, 2 days of water fasting, 1 day of dry and repeat.
I will be allowing myself mineral intake on water fasting days but will be 0 calorie throughout the 15 days (not intermittent, a very prolonged fast)

I'm thinking of trying a 3 day fast. First day water and tea. That night switching to dry. Dry all the next day. On the morning of the 3rd day, switching back to water and tea. Breaking my fast the morning of the 4th day with bone broth.
