I have been doing qigong for 5 or more years. And i have always wanted a video that showed the qi ball and white light! This amazed me! 👏 thank you! You made this very easy to follow. The hardest part for me was when we put the claws behind us and had to spin the claw outward. I felt like i was doing it wrong. I got it after a few. Thank you again!

Elly, do you sing or use your voice for other practices? Your voice has a nice clear and creative sound that projects well, and your consonants and vowels are clear as well. It's soothing to listen to, even without doing the Qigong moves.

I like it when the science in Qigong and meditation is explained. In another video you said to picture a pink pearl in the lower Dan Tian, but in this you said to picture white? What is the significance of the colors? Does the color matter? thanks.
