Welcome to your 30 min yoga flow. This class is great for intermediate practitioners who are looking to be challenged and experience new variations of poses.
This full body sequence includes options to suit your level and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that includes hip openers, backbends and balances.
The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with a little of everything so that you finish the class feeling like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.
The class ends with a short meditation (around 4-5 minutes) to encourage you to soak in the stillness you cultivated during class.
