30 Min Yoga Flow | Intermediate Full Body Yoga

Welcome to your 30 min yoga flow. This class is great for intermediate practitioners who are looking to be challenged and experience new variations of poses.

This full body sequence includes options to suit your level and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that includes hip openers, backbends and balances.

The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with a little of everything so that you finish the class feeling like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

The class ends with a short meditation (around 4-5 minutes) to encourage you to soak in the stillness you cultivated during class.

The sound editing on your videos in phenomenal. The way I can hear your dialogue so clearly without wind noise but still have the waves crashing in the background, that's just perfect.

Dear Charlie,
Your flows are very strengthening. I wasn’t able to do all the variations, but I tried and did wild thing for the first time. Thanks for the great instructions and for the peaceful meditation to the sound of the ocean.

I didn't think I had the energy nor strength for this flow after an 8 hour bus ride and with little sleep, but I did and it made all the difference as I start a new day, a new week. Thanks for this powerful class Charlie! I loved the wild thing coming from all the side plank variations. Opening my heart ❤ up to the sky felt so freeing and yes, wildly open to all the goodness and possibilities of the day. 😊 The meditation was grounding and brought me into a beautiful stillness after the strong asana practice. 🙏 Grateful, Charlie.

The meditation at the end was the hardest for me. My mind kept drifting. The full splits is a very challenging pose, but you made it accessible and I’m working towards it! What a beautiful setting for yoga. I love seeing the small waves in the background.

I find myself firmly between beginner and intermediate when I practice with you. Honestly it’s so healing because I’m much stronger than I give myself credit for and way weaker than I’d like to be. It’s humbling and empowering at the same time!

Loved the balance challenges in this one! I also extra appreciate the meditation at the end - I always intend to meditate after my yoga practice but tend to skip when I'm in a hurry. Having it built in like this is really helpful for me and also provides a sense of community while doing so! As always, thanks for the fantastic start to the day :)
