Still do your cardio folks. High intensity low intervals. It will absolutely compliment the diet and nutritional affects on fat storage in the body.

Cardio will help, but, like Greg said, you do need to dial in your diet. Intermittent fasting and doing at least three 5K runs a week will lean you up and you won't lose muscle mass.

So many weightlifters are afraid of running. Don't be. As long as you're not a marathon runner, you won't lose gains. Runners are also afraid of weightlifting, and they suffer from constant injuries, ie. IT band, hip flexor, stress fractures, insert any knee problem, etc...

Running will also just make you look better. It instantly gets rid of the bags under your eyes, improves complexion, and just invigorates you.

Nutrition is everything in the workout game. Discipline sucks sometimes but you gotta be mentally strong! That sometimes means chewing your food and swallowing it down with water.

I agree somewhat but I would highly recommend him train legs n dial in nutrition because muscle can help you lose body fat
