I have just started this workout two days ago and included it in my daily exercises. I use a 7kg weight and boy does it burn but worth it. For perspective I am 23 female, slightly overweight and have PCOS. I use this exercise everyday, ab burner exercises and I run three times a week and have a relatively okay diet. Will come back and update progress daily
Day 1: 👍 got to 7 minutes and stopped was dying
Day 2: 👍 completed but paused half way through to make him and myself rest 😂 legs feel like jelly
Day 3: success
Day 4: rest day
Day 5: did 2k run this morning and this shortly after paused half way through for one minute then completed, did 10 minutes weighted abs

I really like how you switch off hands & legs which means a break in between is not needed. Making the most of the 10 minutes! I’m having to sit a lot for my at-home job so I make sure to get up every hour & do a 10 minute video. This one is perfect for me.

Thankyou Brian!! I needed just 10 mins of easy moves but intense workout with a 5kg dumbell. This just serves my purpose. Loved it!
I just didn't do the lunge as im still struggling to do my lunges with 3kg of weight, so i didnt risk it here. I instead did slow biceps-triceps reps. But remaining all workouts I did, feeling excellent! Can feel the burn. Please post such 10 mins easy moves but intense 5kg dumbell workouts.😊

Im a girl, 18 will try this workout ( never lifted weight) I won't push myself much coz currently im on my periods.
Day 1:- completed the workout without pausing ( so proud tbh). My legs almost gave out and heart is racing like crazy 😬✅
Day 2:- out of breath felt bit harder coz my thighs and shoulders were in Lil pain frm yesterday but completed ✅
Day3:- completed ✅ (my legs are tortured)+ also did one of your 10 mins weightloss workout ✅
Day 4:-❌I may not be able to do next 2 days as I have exams
Day 5:- completed✅much better didn't feel any pain
Day 6:- completed ✅
Day 7:- completed ✅

I really liked this workout. I am a total beginner and I am using one 10kg dumbbell because that was only available with me. I am able to do all of the exercises you have mentioned with the right hand but for the left hand sometimes I need support from my right, I guess my left hand is weaker than my right, but I really loved the exercise and I hope to do it every single day and increase my strength.
