Try this simple exercise with your hands to help reduce stress and anxiety. Focus on your breathing inhaling on the way up and exhaling on the way down. Go slowly.

I have a chronic stress, it started when i get into college my responsibility has increased, the main reason why i can't communicate to people effectively and can't think of words to use. No matter how hard i try to stay focus chronic stress interfere with my choices and actions, it's taking toll of my life. And i have no idea how to stop it, i do a lot of research which probably will make me more stressed about my current situation, and I've figured out that chronic stress will lasts for months depending on the underlying cause. But I'm very thankful because I'm slowly recovering from chronic stress. All i do is pray and rest. I also read a lot of books and do some deep breathing exercise which helped me to regain a lot of energy I've lost.

The comments on this video let me know there are a lot of people who don't have to live with debilitating anxiety, and I'm truly happy to see it.

But those of who do are more than happy to try anything that isn't medication and won't create other symptoms to worry about. I will definitely be giving this a try. ❤️

For those who suffer from anxiety your not alone everything will be ok, don't let your thought control you, you got these, we suffer more from our imagination than what is real..don't let your ego come with ideas you got the control don't feed the ego with bad thoughts, pay attention to your feeling don't ignore work on it, let in go and feed your ego with meditation, yoga, exercises etc... God and the universe bless you we got this 💪🏻

I've only commented on one video before out of anger and a clouded mind. But I tried this exercise on both hands and it helped a bit. I will continue on practicing this! Thank you so much!
