Bro, your cinematography, angles, and editing is unbelievable.
Aside that, your meteoric rise to becoming that strong -- I commend you bro.

My boi, i was literally just watching your video 5 mins ago thinking when the next upload would be and then I got the notification. Your content is top notch quality man, I've seen many YT channels grow and blow up over the 10 years i've been on yt and this has everything needed to be one of them.

These are great stretches to do just in general. I’m a heavy duty diesel mechanic and I left a lot of heavy things at weird angles and I can definitely see the benefits of doing this

Just starting my calisthenics journey and your videos are truly a piece of art man. Rest in piece to your father and keep up the gains. Thank you for the value you give to people. The hard work and information you give. This is to us brother.

As someone who does calisthenics and only just started doing wrist mobility training/warm ups who is also a personal trainer, I just want to say the information in this video is invaluable and anyone interested in learning more advanced calisthenics techniques should definitely use this video as a tool to strengthen and improve flexiblity in their wrists and forearms.

Surprised by how few subscribers you have, although with content like this i can see you growing fast. Keep up the good work bro 💪

This video is amazing, I’ve been struggling with my wrists and this is exactly what I needed, and I cannot find anywhere else such a good video about it with amazing quality as well. Loving this channel a lot.

Saw the notification and jumped straight in! I’ve been trying to get back in shape recently, after having recovered from a few muscle and joint injuries, and callisthenics really appeals to me. Getting a slow start, but I’m looking forward to getting a better workout routine and more consistent form.
Also, wrist health is important as I’m an artist

Recently, even while not doing calisthenics but just going to the gym I've been thinking about wrist training even just for a safe "gym day " while going for pr on specific exercices. I've been gaining a lot of strength and mass on biceps triceps and forearm ( brachyal ) but I was feeling like training my wrist in addition to my grip could be a huge plus. And here you go with your nice video with lots of details and aesthetically pleasing for the eyes as well. Thanks for the content ! Keep it up !

Man, you're the GOAT. This vid was a lifesaver. I messed up my wrist in boxing about three weeks ago, and after resting it enough to handle some weight, I started doing these exercises without overdoing it and the difference is night and day. My wrist is almost back to normal, and I can handle way more weight now compared to just letting it sit. Definitely subbing, and looking forward to more videos from you in the future

Your calisthenics for beginners video that you uploaded about 5 months ago is what got me into calisthenics and changed my life

I was looking for a way to get stronger wrists, as I am doing bouldering. I think your video will help me a lot. Thank you! I am also considering starting calisthenics, just for the beauty of it.

The best channel about calisthenics, could you make a video of a stretching routine for flexibility that helps with calisthenics movements such as the L-sit, among other fundamentals? Thank you very much in advance! :)v

I did my first pullup thanks to your beginner workouts video, I'm tall and heavy so I didn't think it would happen so quickly

I really enjoyed this video - I've recently had some wrist issues doing movements like handstands, planche variations, 90 degree hold. Thank you for all the time you spend on these videos!

Any plans for diet or strength? Ik a lot of other channels have covered this but your content is so concise it makes learning so simple and beginner friendly. I’d ask about skill work and progressions but I’m sure there’s plans already in the future.

Man, you never disappoint. These really burned out my wrists (which I never bothered about, except now that I want to do ring MU). Thank you!

Becoming my favourite fitness YouTuber to watch

I literally just watched every video on your channel (and the beginner video twice) this morning and subbed, I didn’t except a video same day! I’ve been doing push-ups just to keep active for a year now, but I recently had the motivation to start seriously improving when your channel came on my recommended. Plus I’ve always had a slight interest in calisthenics. Heavy weights and stuff like that aren’t my thing and not super interesting to me.

You’re currently my favorite channel, and I hope to get serious once I recover from my shoulders (I made the rookie mistake of tryna churn out as many pull ups I could in 10 minutes. I used to be able to do 6 at a time. Now I’m only stuck at 3). No pressure to upload, but I’m eager to see more from you. Sorry for the wall of text, I just got a bit excited.
