I have been training and practicing arm wrestling very seriously for 18 months. When I started, my wrist averaged 7.2 inches. Now, 18 months later, it measures 7.5 inches. I know it is not a significant increase, but it should be noted that I have lost a lot of weight in fat. which would imply that my wrist should be thinner due to the loss of fat, so it has become wider than I thought.

One of the coolest things about life in general to me is that it tries to adapt in real time. If you are constantly in situations that need to change to not get injured, your body will start doing that in just a few days

Want thicker wrist? 1. Walk or stand on your hands a lot 2. Dead-hangs from a bar are great 3. finger extensions with a rubber band (Builds the top of the wrist

Training your forearms can be really important in preventing injury.

Ive been doing calisthenics for a while now, but i recently had a wrist injury on both wrists. Now, I do all of these exercises and more for physical therapy. cool to see them

I have been doing the exercise in the second video for almost a year now and I can say that is has actually grown my forearm muscles and it is a better exercise than wrist curls as the burn is simply unmatched

As someone who doesn't care about the bodybuilding aesthetic and just wants to look larger and stronger, I think thicker wrists look manlier. Strength is ultimately more important than aesthetics.

having small wrists is unlucky because it leads to a lot of pain and weakness, i have very small wrists but i have been working out for 3 years now and with that have built decent strength. All that to say whenever i curl or something of that nature I have to be extremely careful with my wrists

Best way to train forearms: do rock climbing and do boarding hangs every session

The only problem I think with having a thin wrist is that it is more "fragile" and may limit you at some point when doing advanced calisthenics exercises (generally those with a thin wrist have other joints in the body that are thinner too and this would limit you in strength exercises if you dream of being a powerlifting athlete)

Wrist rotations is the best forearm exercise because i do with 10kg 10 times 2 sets and i see my forearms get 2x bigger fucking insane pump

7:27, you wouldnt be busy the whole day, because if you hang for 1 hour, you need 1 hour rest, even if you split it up, 30 min hang time, 30 min break, 30 min hang time, 30 min break. It would take you 2 hours no matter what.

I normally just do grippers, everywhere, in class, while watching a movie, etc. It's Kinda like muscle memory by now
