In this video we are going to do an INTERMEDIATE workout for our 2nd HIIT Abs series. This is the 2nd abs workout of the 2nd series and this one is sure to help you achieve the six pack abs and obliques you've always wanted. This can be done at the gym or as a home workout. This HIIT workout routine is designed to work the abs from all angles, and can be done by men and women. Training the abs like this is perfect for somebody how is looking for a low impact HIIT workout. This circuit is for all experience levels and we just ask that you go at your own pace no matter the level. Let's work hard!
