In this video we are going to do an INTERMEDIATE workout for our 2nd HIIT Abs series. This is the 2nd abs workout of the 2nd series and this one is sure to help you achieve the six pack abs and obliques you've always wanted. This can be done at the gym or as a home workout. This HIIT workout routine is designed to work the abs from all angles, and can be done by men and women. Training the abs like this is perfect for somebody how is looking for a low impact HIIT workout. This circuit is for all experience levels and we just ask that you go at your own pace no matter the level. Let's work hard!

Hope you guys liked this one! Very tough for an INTERMEDIATE workout! If you have to stop at any point because your form gets awful, do it, then just keep going.

You guys should make something like a 4 week fat loss workouts challenge or something like that since many people on your channel requested it previously and summer is also going to start so videos like these blow up on YouTube and it would be very fun

I have a question about the workouts at home u showed for biceps, triceps and forearms. Will it make my muscles more visible(i don't mean bigger) or is it just for strength?Thank you😁😁

Nice exercises. I have a q. Bit random but... I like to do this: train in gym for a month hypertrophy, then next month do calisthenics or follow a program at home, then back at gym but focus on strength and size then next month target weak points.

I like training differently all the time, have seen good progress, also my motivation is high because each month is different & challenging, next I plan on doing full body w.out at the gym. What is your opinion in this type of training? Very curious, have been training for nearly a year thank you!
