Yeah yeah yeah. I only eat whole foods less than 50 carbs a day zero sweets zero processed or bad oils low dairy, not even hungry much. At 65 yo NOTHING works anymore

Hi Ben, really enjoy your channel. I've been keto for over six months, and recently started carnivore. Sorry for not knowing your opinion on this, but it sounds like you lean more keto than carnivore? If so, reasons why?

Hmm, thats 3500 kcal a day... That is alot more than most people take in each day i kcal. So i doubt 5 pounds of pure fat. Especialy if you take in food those 5 days. But 5 pounds in fat and water is likely.

This information can't be true by any means as l just don't believe it....Only if it was that understand don't spike your insulin levels that's fine as you can eat the foods that will not do that to you....But if you're looking to achieve weight loss therefore you must be in a caloric deficit in
order to achieve that, and you're saying not to count your calories therefore you don't make any sense whatsoever.
