When you're dieting your body replaces fat with water temporarily. This is why neither will it appear you've lost weight in the mirror not on the scale for the first few weeks. Just be consistent wait for 6-8 weeks.

I'm 42, and weighed 237 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been. I cut my calorie intake down to about 1800-2000 per day, and I started working out 6 days per week for an hour (high intensity cardio, 80% of max heart rate). I've lost about 15 lbs in 3 weeks. My goal was to lose 30 lbs in 90 days, and I think I'm going to make it pretty easily.

The visuals are so impactful! I’ve been eating more healthy and incorporating exercise everyday, and I’ve lost 15lbs in the last three weeks. Seeing what 15lbs LOOKS like is such a motivator!

I was 204 pounds last summer and I got to 190 and then 180. 6 days ago I was 177. Now I’m 172.8 and I still felt fat. But this video really helped.
