This is a 5-minute daily butt workout that will turn your square butt into a round peach butt.
I've gathered together a butt workout menu that I usually do at home!

Even if you don't go to the gym, five minutes a day of hard work on your buttocks will certainly make a difference.

The glutes is the largest muscle in the body, so by working it out, you can increase your basal metabolism and lose weight all over!

I just went to fitness and the trainer said this to me, if you eat no protien. Ur body will start eating ur muscles and u will go back down to the same weight again. If ur a teen (like me) if u start working out, eating healthy (I eat junk food but I keep things balanced) and eat a lot of protien mostly u need 100g of protien like full 2 glasses of milk and 4 eggs. But it has to be according to ur weight size. If u start exercising from now, ur body will be permanent once u turn 18. So it’s better in ur age if ur 12-15 yrs. U should start exercising right now so then the body type ur looking for. That will be permanent but it’s all about hard work. And if your thinking it doesn’t work. Trust me if ur a teen and u start RIGHT NOW u will remember this comment.

I did this exercise since last week and I’ve seen a change in them! This definitely works! At the beginning it could be a bit hard (for me it was) but afterwards you’d get used to it. Now when I put jeans on my butt looks fantastic. They seem lifted and round. The fact that this 5 minute workout works, it’s worth it!

Guys if you wondering if this is actually worth it or just another dead end, I am not even shitting you this is THE best exercise I have ever come across for hip dips. It's the easiest and most effective workout fr. I FEEL the burn and I can already tell my muscles are getting toned even though I've been trying to fix this issue for 3 years now and nothing else worked. My hip become rounder than before I love it.Friends be consistent you'll see the results little by little after a week don't stop even if you don't see the results mine isn't changing after a half a month but I didn't stop after a half and a month I see change in my hip. Good things take time you can make it fighting

This is for all those who want to know if it will actually work. I've done this 6x a week for 2 months and I've noticed a difference enough to continue to do it. You can't change your bone structure but it definitely helped round me out on the sides and defined my shape. I love it so much bc it's quick, practical and easy to stick to. Start if you haven't, and keep going if you are doing it. Thank you for creating this video!! ❤

Hi everyone! I'm going to do this workout challenge for 2 weeks and I want to share the results with you.
Day 1: my buttocks were burning 🔥. 8/10
Day 2: i'm burning. 8/10
Day 3: I was burning also. 8/10
Day 4: it was so easy. 8/10
Day 5: my hip dips are burning. 9/10
Day 6: this was a burn!!! 9/10
Day 7: 1 week! to be honest, I see only a very small change but I'm sure that I'll be able to get better than now. 8/10
Day 8: it was so easy but I feel that my hip dips are burning. 9/10
Day 9: the same. 9/10
Day 10: this was so hot. 9/10

Doing this starting today!! I’ll update my results in 2 weeks ☺️ remind me if you see this!
Update 1: it’s been 2 weeks and there is a veryyyy noticeable difference. Almost completely rounded out my hips!!
Update 2: It's been a whole month and a few days (not sure how many lol) and I am definitely satisfied with how my hips are rounded & I'm more confident in my clothes. I will definitely continue to do this to maintain my results.

✅2nd day = The exercise is still hard for me but i did it, there's a little difference that i can notice.
✅3rd day = My legs hurt.
✅4th day = Now it's not that hard.

I want to write my honest opinion on this workout, and for anyone who’s wondering if it actually reduces your hip dips…I’ve been doing this workout for 2 and a half days. Every morning and night.
