20 Minute Yoga Core Strength Workout (Strong Abs!). Today our focus is back to strengthening the core muscles. It's a little intense, but it goes by quickly. Our Agni Sara Pranayama practice is a little longer, but as you continue to practice it, your abdominal muscles get stronger and your breath capacity increases. Pay attention to see if you notice it getting any easier to practice. The important thing is to just keep rolling out your mat, showing up and doing your best. The yoga will do the rest!

Day 17 complete! For me, this was probably the toughest day so far, but hey, I wanted to work on my core 🙃. The drone shot at the end was gorgeous! Big wave to all the Fightmasters and see you tomorrow 💖🙏🏻

Hi Lesley! I loved this practice and also Agni Sara which I am getting better at finally. Also loved that there had been no standing positions for a change. It was unexpected. Thank you for all your beautiful contributions to our life!

Loved the little drone cameos of your boys. I totally fell back a bunch during the leg lifting boat pose bit, so I spent most of this practice laughing at myself. Hey, no one is perfect.
