The Workouts:
1. Push-ups
2. Dips
3. Bicep Curls
4. Walking Squats
5. RDLs
6. Glute Bridges
1 Min each working set, 1 Min of rest in between for 3 Sets each exercise.

Whats up everyone!!! My name is Daysha aka. Bodibiday and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I used to be extremely skinny!! Not on purpose, but more of a genetic thing and a high metabolism... 87lbs was the most I ever weighed and I was able to put on over 20lbs of muscle, build curves and gain so much more confidence! So I dedicate my life and this channel to helping others, especially women, gain weight in a healthy way by working out and building muscle and educating about how the body works!

Thank you so much for providing “real” workout videos. A lot of times we watch these perfect workout videos without knowing how many takes they had to do in order to complete one set or how many stitches together they had to do in order to create their videos...again thank you!!!! Thank you so much for today's workout. I really needed something to get me back in shape and I believe you have really motivated me to get back in shape. Hey girl! Thanks for starting this 30 fitmas. I took a few months ago and it has been so hard trying to start back working out.
