Nice video … sounds good to me, been trying some of the videos always feel better after practicing, glad you have some, 10 to 15 minute videos … I may need those when work starts soon !

Hello Joelle - thank you for your wonderful videos. I've been watching your lower back videos. I'm 65 and have had chronic back pain for over 30 years. Should I practice Yin yoga every week, more often or less?
