A 45 min beginner yin yoga class for your lymphatic system and overall immune system health.

Hey yogis, I'm so excited to share this special class with you! Yin Yoga can facilitate the flow of the lymphatic fluids through our body which can help us with overall immune system health.

We'll begin in the lower body groin lymph nodes before moving towards the ones in the chest and armpits and finally in our neck. This is a beginner friendly class although the winged dragon is a bit intense. Make sure to have some blocks close by.

Thank you so much for this class. I started with a congested / running nose. As the class went on, I was able to breathe better and better. My nose is still running but I can breathe almost normally now. I've been practicing home yoga for a while now and you are my favorite teacher on youtube. So many many many thanks for sharing. Wow, during the deep poses my nose started to drain, I definitely believe in alternatives and this is definitely an alternative, loved it

I cannot sing the praises of this yoga sequence ENOUGH!. I'm at the tail end of COVID and my symptoms are mild congestion, . While going through the poses I FELT the lymphatic drainage happening as my nose and throat began to clear.. THANK YOU, Cassandra! I think you are marvelous. U've been taking yoga classes for 50 plus YEARS and you are one of my BEST teachers I hope to repeat this particular practice this evening because it sJUST what I need right now!

I've had a tight left shoulder/neck/collarbone for the past two weeks and the last thing I would've thought it was would be an inflammation in my lymphatic system...thank you for opening my eyes!!!

Thank you, Kassandra. I'm with a fever, body aches, and sore throat. Working with the lymphatic nervous system seemed to open me up. The pressure in my head has released. Overall, I can tell a difference. My entire system feels rejuvenated and relaxed. I do recommend this practice. I can't believe this was 40 minutes. Namaste

This lymphatic flow accompanies me now (similar as your whole channel) for 5 yrs, through ups and downs mentally and physically, seeing you evolving the app and the channel, and all of us are growing to more healthy being. However, especially this video here is for me the MOST RECOMMENDED one, as I always practice this flow whenever i am sick. Sometimes i practice it daily during sickness and it has such a tremendous effect! The body fluids are really getting into flow again and i imagine i can feel the transport of all the sick-making-stuff out of my body.

Four years later and I still come back to this practice, though I have it memorized by now. I still like to hear your voice and have the timing. Ive been with the flu the last couple days, currently can’t sleep from soreness, coughing, congestion etc., and was aching to move my body in some way. This was perfect.

For my personal practice, I always add broken wing (I’m not flexible enough to have the side stretch in dragon pose and archer arms are too intense if I’m really ill like today), headstand, and supported fish- my favorite pose. Aside from the physical benefits, it feels like surrendering emotionally to being sick.
