Just wanna say I love how this was guided. No “if it is too hard, PUSH THROUGH IT!” I much rather prefer “if it’s too difficult, try it this way instead!”

I love seeing easier variations, you don't even have to be weak or untrained to use those, you can just come home from work and not be up to it rn
Thanks!

This man is actually so nice from what I know. Good motivation, doesn’t body-shame, just is.

"Nobody's gonna judge you if you do this on your bed" is actually so comforting to hear 😭 I live with so many people in a single house I feel self conscious and uncomfortable doing exercise in the house and my bedroom has very little room for a proper exercise so the bed is basically all I have. So glad i came across this channel, reminds me a lot of Hybrid Calisthenics with how considerate both are but obviously have different approaches and energies

Thank you for the „exercise on your bed” mention - I bruise really easily so working out on the floor, even with a mat, can be painful - I always do sit ups on my bed and feel awkward about it so it’s good to hear it’s fine!

The amount of raw compassion in your videos for those who arent as strong is incredible. Your videos are what made me realize that exercise doesn't have to be a punishment or a horrible chore, and that i can start where im able and work my way up. ❤❤❤

As a disabled, unfit person whos working on physical therapy at home to manage pain and weight, these are amazing tips. Got hit by a car, and kinda gave up on being able to move more than a few feet with out being tired. Changing that one movement at a time. Its all about building mobility and endurance, not aiming for big muscles.

This man has actually helped me get into shape. Well, at least have the motivation. Ive been doing stretches and exercises every for a few weeks now (of course with a break in between when i need it), but I'm finally growing my arm muscles and my flexibility is actually increasing. I never had the motivation before because i didnt know where to start. Racking up these yt shorts of his has been so helpful.

My favourite part about your videos is I feel no shame in trying these things even though I am completely unfit. Like I genuinely feel motivated, and I really like that you don’t come across as better than everyone else.

Nobody will ever ever get discouraged while trying out your workouts. That’s a huge thing. I hope your teaching methods and personality never change .

There need to be more “in bed” exercises for when you’re just sitting there staring at the ceiling for half an hour trying to fall asleep

As an octogenarian, I really appreciate what you are doing. My goal is to do some of what you teach. However, I still can’t do a push-up. In my youth push-ups were easy. I just learned how to get up off the floor three years ago. Everything is very difficult. My bucket list includes sweeping the dragon like you do. So impressive! Thank you.

So cool that you’re showing total beginners how to work up. So many people are intimidated because of their starting point, and you make everything very accessible. Kudos to you. Thank you for making these videos.
