Thank you! I’m thinking coconut oil. I can take along with my supplements. I do take Nordic Naturals Fish oils as well.

Weird how he made an anti-inflammatory short 2 weeks ago about taking turmeric and black pepper with water and I commented saying curcumin and piperine are fat-soluble and now we have this short 😂

Thanks very much for this info. Some of your supplements I've been taking with breakfast in the morning. Generally, I have a bowl of porridge with flaxseed blueberries on top or the topping could be the same again but pomegranate or various other types of fresh fruits or BIO &Me super seedy & nutty
