I drink my coffee first thing, then eat later and take supliments with the food. Vitamins will only get approximately 30% absorbency on an empty stomach. 50+% with food. Also, take certain ones with breakfast and others at dinner.

Any oil based vitamine needs to be taken with oily substance to be absorbed. Vitamine D on an empty stomach is a no no, Magnesium is also good for sleep. Taking it in AM is not the best time I think

"Magnesium" is not a "vitamin" its a mineral!
Vitamins in morning, minerals at night! Your body utilizes minerals in a "rested state!"

Quitting coffee altogether is the best move.... and most supplements can't even be absorbed so they are useless as well.

Good information. It is worth noting that the most recent research shows that for habitual coffee drinkers, coffee is not a diuretic -- it moves through no faster than an equal amount of water.

Coffee in general inhibits the absorption of vitamins and minerals from a nutritious meal. Always have coffee alone or with a light snack .
