She forgot to specify WHICH vitamin K.
A lot of other holistic Physicians say mk7 vitamin K2 should be taken with vitamin D3.

I definitely take Vit D and K2 together. It's important to do so because it helps with absorption.

Taking vitamin D3 and K2 together is a must. She totally discredited herself here. Also take magnesium glycinate and zinc also as the all work together.

Taking vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 I thought was good because K2 helps vitamin D be absorbed into the bone and not body tissue.

Vitamin D requires K3 for absorption. She isn’t being clear on what she intended to say. This is what happens when you do content creation in between your other obligations and you are not thorough.

Vitamin K is a group of nutrients divided into vitamins K1 and K2. Vitamin K1 is involved in blood coagulation, and vitamin K2 benefits bone and heart health

Dr Janine, you must be more specific when talking about vitamines, K2 and D3 must be taken together, allso MK7.

It’s my understanding that not having enough k2 can limit how much vitamin D3 you can use.
And hypercalcemia is caused by too much vitamin D and not enough k2
They’re both fat soluble.

Hmm..the k2 helps the d3 to put the calcium in the bones/teeth so you take those two in the morning..to avoid hypercalcemia you take magnesia(glycinat)at evening.

They sell calcium, magnesium, zinc with vitamin D3. I know it helped get rid of restless legs. We need to have a book on how to take our vitamins.
