I take magnesium ( slow release) and Vitamin D3 1000IU at night. In the morning i take vitamin B complex and fishoil. It has improved better sleep and i have energy and more arlet during the day. On my cycle days i add iron supplement for rhe first 3 days as i get a heavy one. It has worked so much better for me. Im 35 years old.

I stopped having night sweats after I started taking magnesium. Idk if that’s what did it, I just know that I’m not suffering as much anymore! Also, I have Lupus and have been to the endocrinologist, who says my numbers are “fine”, and doesn’t even ask about symptoms. They don’t care and it’s bizarre.

Please if it's possible to link those. I just purchased magnesium from iherb "NOW" brand and then watched your video to look not to have stearate. Basically I wasted my money.

Magnesium glycinate keeps me up at night so i switched to malate. Also if you cant digest collagen, you can take beef gelatin. Same thing but the gelatin is the cooked form. I put it in my tea at night
