20 Min Full Body Yoga Flow | Day 18 - 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to day 18 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we have a 20 minute full body yoga flow plus some inversion practice toward the end to revisit our forearm stand practice from day 16. This class is for all levels, however some of the transitions may be more challenging so listen out for the options to help you modify postures.

In this class we will do a little of everything - balances, twists, side bends, backbends, hip openers and some forearm stand prep. This class includes postures that target the whole body to give you a well rounded full body flow.

Thanks Charlie for everything that you do and you offer to us. It’s so generous! I’ve been doing yoga for 40+ years but I wouldn’t call myself a yogini if you know what I mean. But since this challenge I’ve noticed if I skip a day I really miss it. That’s never happened to me before, you have such a fresh unique approach to this that makes me want to keep coming back to the mat.

And another incredibly great new flow. Flying lizard???? Mine was more of a crashing one. 😅I love the lizard, but lifting the arms was (at least now) absolutely impossible. Not even a millimeter... Maybe there's a "tactic" too?. It's just incredible what happens on this journey. I'm now addicted to Charlie's yoga classes❣

Flying lizard and forearm stand were the 2 peak poses of this class. Both were wonderfully accessible and made me feel flexible and strong.

Hi Charlie! your practices are wonderful and I'm so pruod of myself I did it till the day 18. Could you please release a short or a post with advices on how to do kneeling and child's positions, it hurts my feet a lot and I can't fully relax because of it(

Flying lizard was wild! My leg strength disappeared after a couple seconds but also just felt funny in my tendons. Definitely a new pose for me! I tried kicking up into forearm stand for fun and fell out once super whacky, but it had me laughing. I needed that. A good, funny challenge that doesn’t make me feel bad for trying to g and failing. Thank you 🙏

Thank you so much Charlie! I have scoliosis and feel continuous discomfort in my spine and chest. But in the last week, I realised that contrary to my belief that back bends may make it worse, back bends, camel helps my chest open so I feel so much more relieved! Thanks a ton for helping in ways you may not even realise!

I've been teaching yoga for over 20 years, but I haven't been doing yoga myself as much as I'd like to. Thank you so much for these practices.
