20 Min Full Body Yoga Flow | Day 18 - 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to day 18 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we have a 20 minute full body yoga flow plus some inversion practice toward the end to revisit our forearm stand practice from day 16. This class is for all levels, however some of the transitions may be more challenging so listen out for the options to help you modify postures.
In this class we will do a little of everything - balances, twists, side bends, backbends, hip openers and some forearm stand prep. This class includes postures that target the whole body to give you a well rounded full body flow.
