Additionally each lot location has insurance for a full month specific to one vin. It they let car stay on lot another few days into a new month mgt has to pay for a full additional insurance month for that vin. Plus its hard to refill lot location with another car quickly.

The Rep doesn’t give the deals.
And, it really only works if the dealership is about to hit a bonus from a new manufacturer. And even with that you might get 500 more dollars off than you would have any other time.
But then again, what do I know?
