I came up with my own and it’s to jog on around the pitch and sprint as fast as I can on the short parts and on the long parts I jog slowly

I am watching this video because its the first time on a 11 a side pitch and I got subtituted then I played for 30 seconds and I am already tired 💀(I cant let it be obvious to my team that I am already tired.)

When I just go for a run down the street I got no stamina at all but when I'm chasing a soccer ball I'm a freaking horse.

One thing this video didn't mention is sprinting guys. Sprint at least once a day as if you are running for your life, and then do low pace running, if you can do the second sprint thats even better. 1 sprint a day will drastically improve your stamina, your life span and heart health.
