Here is a daily 10,000 indoor steps in 70 minutes challenge!
Usually, it takes an average of 100 mins of slow walk to hit 10,000 steps or an average of 70 mins of vigorous walk to hit 10,000!

This fast paced indoor 5000 steps routine will help you burn calories, reach your step and weight loss goals. I recorded 5,228 steps in 35 minutes with this cardio workout. Do this challenge twice a day and you WILL reach your DAILY 10K STEP GOAL and LOSE WEIGHT.
Know this, walking CAN get your heart pumping, muscles working, and fat burning—all of the things that a real workout is meant to achieve. Indoor walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running as it suits everyone. Just modify your pace and watch yourself toning and getting stronger every day. All at home, no equipment needed!

This workout is faster than usual so make sure to take breaks to catch your breath. There are 5 home steps in this routine. Continue with your favorite step whenever you need to catch a breath. Don't worry, this is a beginner friendly routine.

Wow that's awesome - it's indeed " beginner - friendly . Looks temptingly easy enough but I know maintaining that pace for 35 minutes demands a lot of stamina . Hope to achieve it in short bursts . God bless you with a lot of success in this endeavour .
