After 4 weeks workout everyday, shorts to 35 minutes, depending on my timetable, I really feel different, lost some weight but most important belly and muffin top really decreased! The difference before/after is real! Wonderful, thank you very much!! ❤

Great work on getting started with your fat belly workout and this is good to try even when you're at home! When working out at home, it's important to stick with your routine and be consistent. You can do it!

I usually do your 30+ min workouts, but decided to go back and do some shorter ones. This one was fun. Curious if you were stifling laughter on one of the songs? Maybe a "tiny" bit?

It is a great aerobic exercise, even for a short time. I do EMMA training at home, even after swimming 800m or more. My body feels very good.! 👍
