My favourite quote is from Joyce Sunada, “If you don’t take time for wellness, you will be forced to take time for illness.” Truer words have never been spoken because once we lose aspects of health and fitness, it is very hard to get that back. While this quote applies to health, it applies to everything! If a student doesn't take time for study all semester, they will be forced to cram before final exams. If we don't don't take care to save money, we will be forced to find funds elsewhere or go into debt. Little things, good and bad add up to something huge, so it's better to do what is good for us but not always fun than to do something negative that might be fun, but will hurt us in the long run.

You know a good habit is created when the pain of not doing it is more than the pain of doing it 😅. Agreed with all of you have said, we need to tailor our habits, because they have to make sense for us and not be established following a trend.

What is your current workout schedule like/what classes are you taking? Do you pay for those classes out of pocket, or are they part of a gym offer??
I've done the whole "why thing, " and I just personally have no self motivation to follow through. Or I have a bunch of motivation to do the thing, but I don't know how to shape it into an actual plan and then get overwhelmed. 👍👍
