Mai to daily 12:00 am me sone chala jata hu or 05:00 am me uthkar bahar tahalne chala jata hu aur udhar se lautkar 15to20 minute rest lekar fresh hokar 08:00 am me padhne baith jata hu ❤❤❤❤❤

My routine I am in 10th

4 30 am : wake up
10 min : meditation
20 min : exercise
1 hr : study
Breakfast
7 to 1 school
Lunch
Rivision and hw
Rest
1 hr study
5 to 7 30 tution
Lunch and rest
Revision and hw
Lite food and milk
Sleep at 9 30

Tips
Utilise school free time
Make timetable and put front of you and
In rest, no dance reels, see motivation reels
Respect different gender ( Imp )

Notes of the video:

1) Daily Routine - Sleep at the same time and daily for 7 hours amd get up daily at the same time.

2) 5 Seconds Rule - Take your important decisions in just 5 seconds. Be powerful to take decisions in 5 seconds.

3) Blood Circulation Trick - Do blood circulation exercise. If you feel sleepy, pinch your earlobe for a few seconds. Also you stand up and write in a rough notebook roughly. Also, sit up straight and remove sleep thought.

4) Eat Less - More Time - Eat little amount food. Don't eat heavy food if you wanna study and even if you're eating then go for a walk.

5) Dark Environment - Don't study in a dark environment.

6) Listen to a motivational song!

That's it. 💚✨
