Honestly glad to see this because I am recovering from a hysterectomy so ALL I can safely do is walk for several months. I was thinking in a few weeks of adding like 1lb ankle weights....not sure if that is wise though...

I used to live in " crappy" weather for 29 years, was walking everywhere, was ripped without any excercises and dieting.

Great video! I’ve been incorporating more walking into my everyday routine. It’s been hard with the gyms still closed in my area. I went from working out 5-6 days a week plus walking at least 15k a day to working from home and sitting in front of my computer.
I’ve been going on 40min walks everyday and hitting about 2 miles during that time.

Good advice. Cutting season begins next week so I think I'll buy an under desk treadmill and just walk at 2-3 mph while working at my raise-able desk throughout the day. I used to do LISS & sprinting HIIT 2x per week which would limit my lower body workouts. I'll try this approach instead to maintain muscle mass while saving glycogen stores and burning fat. Thanks!

If i don't do hiit, i go crazy and stressed. I'm trying to pull back, like today i did 20 minutes back lifting and now I'm walking for about 40 minutes afterwards while listening to YouTube stuff.Yesterday i did 6 miles interval run and 4 miles walk. And 2 days in axrow orior i did 5 and 7 miles.

My work buddy laughed when I told them I was going to become slimmer with just using Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them extraordinary effects right after I used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won't let them know the detail about this diet plan, hahaha
