Thank you I do heavy lifting 2 sets 4 reps
Full body Mondays and Fridays
Tuesdays and Wednesdays I do 30, 60, 85 or 200 reps 1 set full body workout
Thursdays I do plyometrics
Saturdays
I do sprint training
My first Saturday I did walking low lunges side lunges backward lunges I went slow and did 100 meters
Second Saturday I ran 100 meters 4 times
and in between I would do box jumps
On a 30in box

I would up the intensity first run was 2.5 mph
Then 4.5
Then6.5
Then8.0
I finished with a 100 meter sprint 10mph
And I raised the box to 90inches
It was so intense but I could do it from training
Legs and plyometrics so much

I am from india and allready subscribe to few year ago and very quality information ℹ️ you give about sprinting and i also following and i now i bare foot 👣 to complete 100 miter on 11.67 second on soil track ❤❤❤love you bro

The toes produce can 500 degrees of torque and I’m glad your covering this. I’ve recently seen many people do more and more videos on foot function and that is because the foot can produce 75% of total force at 8m/s and more as the velocity increases. The foot is also responsible for 40% of force in the start with glutes just about matching it in force production. I’ve watched Co-founder of the Feed The Cats program, Chris Korfist to gather this information.

I don’t understand, once the load is on the bar, and one foot is up on the box. What do I do next ???? Am I using my (grounded) toes to get up and do like a calf raise, putting lots of force into the big toe??

Will this also help with distance runners? I do track and cross country and I’m trying to speed up both sprinting for 400m and longer distances, but mainly the longer distances. Is there any way to adjust it to better fit more longer distance runners, or can I still use it as a distance runner?

What's the point of the barbell? It's not like my foots gonna lift off. It's completely irrelevant if you have 500kg or an empty bar
