How about a look into Shelly-Anne Fraser- Price ? She defies gravity, that lady. She was mediocre late teens and early 20s, and she has become better and better. I wonder about her “secret “.

So basically training as hard as you can is the way to get these things. What is training hard? Maintaining proper technique despite the pain of doing so and continuing to run hard even as you feel your exhaustion setting in. Just by giving your training your all and being consistent with that attitude you will notice dramatic improvement in these things.
