Best technique so far....apart from increase in speed when using this techniques you also feel comfortable and sprint for a distance before getting tired...it also help cover more distance without much stress

He's using a second invisible technique that most people won't notice, but there is a difference in posture. It's not the highlight, so it's less apparent, but it's definitely there. Using this other technique reduces drag on the body.

It definitely works. Imagine your leg stepping through the ground, that much force, to keep launching yourself forward. While doing so, preparing the other leg with a tight core and bringing your leg up like a high knee, alternating arms.
