Good morning, thank you for these educational videos daily. You are making a change in my life. I am applying all these foods and having great results. Also I usually blend raw garlic and take three teaspoons a day, I usually boil ginger, cinnamon with a pinch of some lemon juice and this is so powerful the erections are long lasting. There are some other herbs and food we used for the prostrate in the West Indies such as stinging Nettle leaves, onion juice, noni juice, nutmeg powder, pomgranate among others and people are getting real results.
