225 OHP NO BELT. Man, this moved easy. Core strength on point.

Great day in training. Season best beltless OHP @ 225lbs. Probably the easiest it’s moved this off season and very happy to do it with no belt. Hope to have some good carryover with Spring throwing practices. After this I dropped back to 177lbs for 10 reps. No belt.

Finished off the workout with speed reps on front bench squats for sets of 5 up to 70% 1RM of my full front squat. Moved very well and done with no belt. Ended the session with RDLs up to a double overhand max of 5 at 315lbs. My grip was already taxed pretty good but I want the grip training. The weight felt very light otherwise.
