❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Wow I needed this! Thank you dr. Mandell! I had a serious fall in September of 2022. I broke my right kneecap and fractured my left one fractured three ribs and had a Class 2 concussion. I had a fracture that ran from my right eyebrow backwards and up over my head perpendicular with the top of my ear. I messed up my rotator cuff most of the injuries are on my right side and I fell into a Cinder Mound, that when my face hit it little pieces of Cinder down my face and were embedded into my skin it had to be picked out at the hospital with tweezers. Since and my balance has been bad. I am considered a fall risk. I have to be mindful of every step I take and make sure there's always something that I can hold onto in case I lose my balance. I am 70 years old. I am pretty healthy I've been listening to you since I believe 2017. You have helped me immensely thank you I wanted to know if melatonin is okay to take to go to sleep. I have chronic insomnia. I take 12 mg of dissolvable under the tongue melatonin every night❤❤❤❤❤❤
