Out of all of the many sleep mediations/wind downs I’ve listened to over the years this is by far the best, and the one I always come back to. When I found this last year I haven’t fallen asleep to any other meditation!

I used to ration listening to this in the fear it would stop working but now I listen to it almost every night and if I wake up in the early hours I’ll put it on again to help me get back to sleep and it still works almost every time (sometimes I might need to hit replay).

Starting with the reminder to breathe is so simple but I still can’t l bring myself to do it on my own. I struggle with accepting it’s time to sleep and when I put this on it’s like I’ve been given permission to relax and I can’t put into words how much of a weight comes off my shoulders, every single time!

Again, I can’t thank you enough and I wish you peace and a lifetime of deep, restful sleep ❤️
