Thanks SM team for this video, i recently found out that the only reason i'm not able to find my balance in my handstand is weak core, i'll surely add some of these workouts to my routine

for those who donot have a abs wheel, that exercise can be done by sliding wet towel on the floor,
wetter the towel lesser the resistance difficult the movement...
