It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Please put out some more of these harder 20 min videos more often!!! I’m begging you! I’ve done them all over and over again!!! 2 videos a day and I’m in the best shape ever!! Lost 25 pounds and gained a ton of muscle all at home thanks to you. SO GRATEFUL!!! You’re making the world sexier one video at a time!

I’ve gained so much strength in the past month I’ve been doing your workouts. I’m 12 months postpartum and got very very heavy during my pregnancy. My knees were hurting and I just couldn’t find the motivation to workout since I can’t go to the gym. I do your 20 minutes workout every morning now and I’ve been feeling very energetic and strong and I will continue it as part of my routine. I also have lost a lot of weight with healthy eating habits. I’m at a good spot now and 1 pound away from my pre-pregnancy weight.
