This was really hard, especially the ones where the head has to move from side to side! My mother died of friedrichs ataxia and my sister has MS so there are balance issues in my genes which is why I am determined to do all I can to improve my balance for as long as I can. Thank you Schellea ❤ xxx

My wife had encouraged me to watch your videos and I couldn’t be happier with the progress. The music and encouragement you provide during the routines is very helpful and relaxing. Your amazing. Somehow though the point needs to be made that these are not just for women only. If it wasn’t for my wife clueing me into your videos I would have passed right by them and that would have been a shame. The balance and stretching ones are of most use to me. Thanks so much!

I was very Wobbly but better than I thought, I’m approaching 70 this year and I do your workouts, but I really need to concentrate on my balance more, thank you Shelley you are a great help 😀

I just finished this balance video. This is exactly what I needed.
My balance has been going down hill for the last several years. I also have scoliosis, which is not helping with my balance.
I’m truly grateful for your workouts, especially this balance one. I feel like I have a fighting chance to regain my balance. Thank you. 🙏

I give myself a 6. I was wobbly and at some points off balanced but I managed to get through the exercise without holding on to anything. I'll be doing this daily until my balance becomes proficient.😊

Dear Schellea again a great 10 min. If I had to put a number on my workout I would say a 6 bit of a wobble here and there chair! Will do this more often thank you so much for keeping me motivated❤❤ enjoy all you work outs been doing it for a number of years and even put my husband on. it so a very big thank you from me Maud xx

I really liked this video! I’m pretty balanced but this 10 minute video helped me become more balanced. I’m going to do it at least once a week …or more! I love working out with you and I look forward to working out with you every day… even after my 20 mile bike ride. My friends can see the difference in my body shape from working out with you too. I love that your videos are short. Sometimes I’m just going to do a 10 minute video, then I do just one more, and then just one more… Thank you so much. I’ve been working out with you for a couple of years and your workout videos are the best! I’m 74 years old in good shape. Thanks again!

My goodness! This routine hits the spots I hadn't realize need major attention! I decided to have fun with it as I am also practicing my smile during fitness training.
I'm starting with a score of 4 and will build up from there by practicing often! Also, you can bet I'm sharing peers!❤

I love this workout!! I had become complacent with working out and lost a lot of my balance and developed knee pain. I’ve been working out with you and have seen so much improvement. Wasn’t as balanced as I thought. But I know at my age I need more balance. What a workout! I just turned 67 and Im not giving up! Thanks for this!

I did this 2 or 3 weeks ago and was all over the place . This made me persevere with moving my body and therefore I used many of your other videos to be come stronger and here I am done with ease. This is why we need to make exercise (and healthy eating) part of our daily routine to live a better life in our old age and never rely on others. I was able to help carry heavy furniture and avoid a fall just recently. ❤ thanks to this channel as they are not too hard like others and ease you in and then you can begin to challenge yourself more if you want. I actually enjoy exercising now.
