Indoor workout This is the best 5 minute at home leg workout for you if you're a woman over 50 plus you can do this leg workout every day to build strength and tone all the muscles in your legs! For somebody who absolutely hates exercising I have become addicted to your workout videos! They're challenging yet completely doable, fun and I feel so good afterwards without feeling like my body is dying. I have started doing these exercises everyday and so look forward to each workout. I'm not quite up to doing this routine yet (it:s only been a few weeks since my pelvic prolapse surgery....Ugh), but I look forward to being able to do these! I have come a long way in the past 9 weeks. I started with your stretch videos as I was in such bad shape. I am currently down 18 pounds and I really do feel fabulous. Changed my eating habits and I do 2 or 3 of your videos every day in addition to a minimum of 10, 000 steps. I’m finally getting the hang of engaging my core and my glutes - that was the hardest part for me. Your stretching exercises are a part of my every day routine as well. So glad I found your channel - thank you for helping us wonderful mature ladies feel fabulous!

First time I ever did the yoga frog and it was tough at least for me!! I’d not ever heard of them before. Those Asian squats are really hard too! I need to do them way more often!! You are truly appreciated for doing these workouts for us.

🙏💖I love this, never mind I wasn't able to get to the 3rd block height( barely the 2nd either!)."Yoga frog" I did w/changes to adapt to the fact that my knees, silly things they are, complain if I try to make them turn to the sides instead of straight in front. We struck a deal: Stay pointing to the front, & the rest of me can move like a limited squat~ Huge advantage: This whole vid=amazing for my balance practice.Thank you, Schellea🙏💖🙏💖🙏💖

Just did this excellent legs workout, technically the 2nd in day 1 of the newer 14 day challenge~ To be clear, "did" is a relative term in this case! That yoga frog move - I don't even come close~ Maybe some day, but it's all good~~ On the big "can-do" side, I was stellar with the cross body stretch toward the end. Celebrating that, because it's hugely improved from when i last tried.

Hi Shellea, This was great, part of your 14 Day challenge. You make things easy to follow. I just used two cushions instead of your yoga block. On Day 7. My tummy still feeling sore after the floor core exercises two days ago...so unfit. I did not think I could do the Yoga Frog, due to ankle problems but found I could. So happy. I will persevere. see you for Day 8 tomorrow. Really fab I found you. Thanks for your knowledge and inspiration.
