My mom had done 2 of these ( just not the fav child one because I am an only child and she never manipulated me I guess ). I have experienced physical abuse, and I also my mom has also neglected me physically and emotionally!

When I was 10 I got angry when playing Minecraft because a kid younger than me was bad at the game and I think was losing all my items in the game.

My after the guests left I was crying and parents told me to shut up.

I woke up with a very strong cough in the morning and my parents made fun of me for that strong painful cough.

They did treat the cough through medicine but my parents “neglected” me by saying “no I’m not your dad/mom, go away I don’t love you”.

Is this abuse? What do I do?
