In loveeee!!! I always do this as an activation during the rest days or when i don’t have time to work out and it really helps with keeping the booty plumped!! The only thing is that the cut between the leg raise and the glute bridge is a bit forced and we don’t have time to stop one exercise and start the other one. I would like to recommend you not doing cuts and just doing the whole workout if it hasn’t have any rest seconds so we all can follow you and do it with you!! But otherwise thank you very much for this, it’s very helpfull, and I really feel that you are so underrated!!! one day you gonna be bigggg gurl❤️‍🔥
