I love this work out so much it helps me lose a bit of weight before bed and I wake up feeling better for some reason thank you these also save a lot of time because they are so short :D

Day 1: feelin a little struggle but it’s okay
Day 2 & 3: I think I actually did it right today, I felt my core.
Day 4: had to skip due to tight schedule
Day 5: continued the workout, a little struggle do to the skipping of day 4
Weekly update: so far the results are amazing, I lost belly flat after sleeping and it look amazing
Here are so tips for you guys working out. 1.
To achieve your dream body do 1 powerful workout or to shorter workouts together that give you what you want personally; I did 2 shorter workouts, this one, and the other for a slimmer waist and also to remove body fat. By doing this you get results much quicker ( for me at least ).

2.Make sure to drink water after you workout to rehydrate you’re body from any possible sweat. Wash you’re face after you finish ( even if you don’t sweat ) and pat lightly to dry off.

3.When your exercise suck in you stomach but STILL BREATH this will help with the process of burning unwanted belly fat.

And remember that your doing this for YOU not for anybody else, never make your goal be based off of pressure, it brings stress and is not healthy for you at all. Remember that everyone’s body is different so some things may not work for you as it does for somebody else, do not let that discourage you for reaching your goal.

i’ve been doing this workout and your other three minute workout before bed every night for about 4 days now and i love them omg they’re so quick and easy and i’m actually seeing a little bit of results. i’ve also been doing a seven minute flat belly/abs workout and a burn belly fat workout and my stomach is finally started to look better than it used to 😩🙏

I have been doing this workout along with the other one of your "3 min lose belly fat workout // lose weight at home" for the last 8 days and seriously these workouts are so simple and amazing. I have never seen my stomach flatter than the way it looks now. I have stomach, upper, lower belly fat which looks so bad on me because I have no fat on other body parts. But this workout is so good and the belly workout also. I will continue doing it until I get the exact zero figure. I still have much belly fat but still can see a clear big difference. One should go and follow her workout man.

i’m doing this everyday for 5 days i’ll keep you guys updated.
Day 1: wasn’t too bad, my core started to hurt but that’s it
Day 2: i think i did it better today i felt more of a burn!

I’ve been doing this workout every morning and night along with her 3 minute inner thigh workout and occasionally been doing her 5 minute lower abs and a 5 minute workout to grow taller it’s definitely helping me keep in shape and my waist has definitely gotten a bit smaller. So far my stomach isn’t flat yet so I’m trying to stay consistent!

Did this Workout only once and it actually helped my after dinner bloating pretty good! Im gonna do it maybe 4 times a day from today of and see if anything changes

HI EVERYOONE !!!
i'm going to volleyball course, i realized that I am not very flexible and the movements tire me more than necessary, so i started doing 2 of the 3 min workout videos shared on this channel. besides that, I also started 30 days of plank & squat & wall sit 😘 (i can add extra workouts depending on my mood lol)

23.02.25: 2/2, 20 squats, 20 seconds wall sit, 1 min plank
24.02.25: 2/2, 50 squats, 30 seconds wall sit, 1.30 min plank

Even tho I believe or think I’m not doing the exercises right I still push myself to at least TRY to do it until I feel a burn!! Thank u sm!!literally saving me rn😭❤️
