I am on a rolling fast this is my first cycle through. I did a 72 hour fast with protein drinks then a re-feed and then decided to do a 48 hour water fast. Watch for the results and for what’s next to come.

I am on a journey to losing 120 pounds and this is just the beginning. I am beginning this journey by fasting and increasing physical activity and changing my mind on healthy eating habits. Follow me on this journey and lifestyle change as I take back control of my life.

Youre a BEAST !! Fasting is a lifesstyle for me!! Keep going strong, and never beat yourself up if you gain a little, or have a less than perfect week. Its a process:)

Great job!!! I’m in a fasting group, and was told to get Fortagen which is a protein that will not break your fast. I’ve been using it and it definitely helps! I don’t even get hungry while fasting. It doesn’t taste great so I add a little bit of flavored electrolytes to the drink and it is definitely more palatable. Wishing you the best on your journey!
