I do a 36 hour fast every week and a 3 day fast once a month. I can honestly say that after I feel AMAZING! you can tell that it heals your body!! ALL pain or soreness goes away...totally away. every cell is reset! Highly recommend. I have been doing this for at least a year.

❤ I love that you have said this I'm a boredom eater and alcohol drinker. Happy to say my fasting has got me off the drink. Last alcoholic drink was 2 months ago.

Congratulations on how far you’ve come - I wouldn’t recognise your before and after photographs as being the same person; it’s an amazing transformation.
I’m on day 38 of carnivore here and already lost 15lbs towards my target of 30. So far, so good!
Good luck for the future and hi from England.

Even though I’m fasting I still cook for my husband, my daughter and granddaughter. Thought that was going to be a horrible experience, but actually doesn’t bother me. Love your videos

I love doing fasts. It's where my health journey started. I prefer doing 72s. Such a great feeling for the body. My advice to anyone that struggles with fasting is to do them when you have the least amount of stress possible. Try to avoid high pressure work conditions, when you have commitments and deadlines. Take some time away and focus on yourself during a fast. Get plenty of sun, go walk, enjoy what you are doing. You've got nothing but time on your hands during a fast. No food prep, no shopping, no cooking, no cleaning up. And you will see fantastic results.

It is really important as women to time fasting around hormone cycles. I started doing that a few months ago and it made a huge difference.

At the moment I'm on a 53rd hour of a planned 72 hour fast. When I do break this fast I do plan on having an omad with nothing but meats and or chicken. I've been doing alternate day fasting for the past few weeks and feel great!! Can't lie!

I always break my fast with bone broth, then Sauerkraut (fermented food), then some nuts, and lastly lean protein. I space them out about 20 minutes. this works best on my digestion.

I’m currently going through the acne and inflammation in my face. I’ve decided to do the 48 hour fast. This really helps.

I am a keto beginner and not new to 24 hour fasts and intermittent fasting but I know 48 hour will be a challenge. Thank you for the tips !

The approach seems spot on.I’ve made the mistake in the past of “tapering off” my meals thinking it’s preparing me for a fast. Couldn’t be more wrong. A lot of other good points. Thanks!
