Exercise # 1: 6 Military press
Exercise # 2: 7 Front squat
Exercise # 3: 8 Bent-over rows
Exercise # 4: 9 Dead lifts
Exercise # 5 10 Back squats

I made it through 5 rounds in 20 min at 115 first go . Underestimated this workout completely. I need my mommy👨‍👨‍👧!

Started your workout this morning and it made me feel like I'd NEVER been to the gym before. I could only make it through 4 rounds at 65lbs! This is the simplest, yet most vicious thing I've done to my body and I love it. Definitely a game changer for me

1. 6 x Military Press
2. 7 x Front Squats
3. 8 x Bent Over Rows
4. 9 x Dead Lifts
5. 10 x Back Squats
REPEAT the cicle as many as you can for 20 minutes
Don't mess with the cicle's order
Add 10 pounds once a week
10 rounds is good
Once a week

After two rounds at 100 pounds I figured this was a lot harder than I thought! Went down to 80 pounds and just finished the 6th round at 20 minutes. Next time I am going to start at 80! This is definitely going to be a weekly thing! 🔥🔥

Just did this workout tonight. It was surprising as to how quickly fatigue started to settle in with just 65lbs, garage was cold and yet I was still dripping in the end. Was only able to get 4 rounds in. Whole body feels like jello XD, will come back and give a progress update with weight added to the bar, rounds completed and weight lost. GL guys, buckle up and enjoy the ride, its gonna be a long one!

Just started my first week with these, managed 6 rounds in 20 minutes at 30kg, was drenched in sweat by round 6, will definitely be doing these weekly!! Amazing workout
