Do you want to know how to stop food cravings?

Eat more animal protein - meat, particularly red meat and eggs are extremely satiating and provide tons of micronutrients. Women should at a minimum have 100g/day and men should have ar least 150g/day

Stop drinking alcohol. Alcohol destroys your sleep, depletes your electrolytes, increases cortisol, all of which can increase your appetite, especially for eating highly palatable food.

Stop eating refined carbs. These can cause some of the biggest swings with blood sugar and insulin, which can make you become hypoglycemic and reach for those delicious crackers, chips, or cookies

Get More sleep. Poor Sleep can lead to blood sugar disregulation and higher cortisol levels, making you ravenous when your wake up and also throughout the day.

I've been off all processed foods and sugar - all cravings stopped in a week. I am not tempted all by those foods now, which I can hardly believe. The body and palate adapts - its quite something

I have vasculitis (autoimmune vessels disease my body gets easily sensitised), I tried all that, I eat high quality meat, eggs, fish I don’t eat processed food, I eat full grain brown bread, yet my craving doesn’t stop. And my weight increases doesn’t decrease I wish I can find away to stop craving

What if you can only eat 4 eggs and a 6oz ribeye. That’s all I eat I can’t eat anymore.

Im struggling to eat 150 grams of protien per day, mostly ground grass fed beef with grass fed cheese. Im eating bigger meals, but Im overeating and feel too full. Im going to try less food per meals, but more meals instead of 3 big meals per day.

I never drink alcohol and im going on a diet although i cant say the same for my mother and brother cheating on their diets rn i'm on week 4 I'll comment for news if this helped or not

YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN THAT 100-150 grams IS PROTEIN CONTENT OF FOOD, NOT MERELY WEIGHT OF THE FOOD. People do not understand this otherwise.

Whatever you eat, chew your food carefully, don't just wolf it down. Don't use your phone, read, in your car or anything that that takes you away from just eating.
