narcissists create their own pitfalls. they invite negativity, but don't want to own up to it… and when they try to sabotage others, they end up sabotaging themselves.

the narcissist will self-sabotage anything good out of greed, insecurity or jealousy. it's what they do best lol.

You can't help those who won't help themselves! They LOVE the chaos, and because they do they lose out on so much without them even realizing it.

Yes, it is a 3D illusion. Their lives are a facade; a Shakesperean play full of drama.

They absolutely destroy relationships with those of us genuine and loving people.

In the beginning stages of love bombing and luring us in, they seem so intriguing, kind, and joyful. Not long after, we realize how incredibly shallow, boring, cruel and selfish they are.

It is mind blowing and takes a lot of strength to get out of and heal from.

I have stop acting and reacting the way they want me to so they can feed off of me. They have realised this and ofcourse they are gaslighting me saying I am heartless for disregarding them and for the first time in more than 15 years I didn't react and did not cry. I am so proud of myself and ofcourse my biggest thanks to you for enlightening me with the knowledge of narcissist. I will keep working hard

This is so true! When I first met him, I thought that he was the MOST AMAZING person in this whole world. I admired everything about him. But now that I know who and what he really is (A Phony), he is disgusting to me. Just the thought of him makes me nauseous. I actually despise him now.

Everything is on-point! I laughed so hard when you said THEY ARE BORING PEOPLE! Omg!! I remember my narc ex and his family - they only eat in ONE place all their lives! Regardless of what day or what the occasion is.. they will only choose that same damn place ; ordering same damn food over and over again. Even if it’s my birthday or Mother’s Day or kids’ birthday - they didn’t care! 🤦‍♀️ These are sick people!!!

Everything you've said has been my life with my Narcissist! My divorce and freedom was finally in Feb 2024 but has continued to be carrying on to change the Judges decision. He made alot of money at his trucking company and last Court date we found out he lied about being laid off and took a much lower paying job to show he couldn't give me what the Judge ordered. I'm really getting nothing at all. I'm just in debt! He abandoned me leaving me with no money, took my dad's inheritance money, left me with all the rent, , medical bills and a credit card bill, in a new home which he got abusive in just 3wks of being home, went to jail, has 2 more years probation left that he can't see me or call me. He wouldn't let me work for 3 yrs. He only loves money so giving up a high paying job at 70 yrs old to make much less is surprising yet also not! Your right about the older he gets the worse he is. He has only his brother which at this time I'm not sure they are talking. He might be getting Alzheimers now so he'll have no one to take care of him. He doesn't deserve it anyway. Your thoughts of death with a Narcissist do you think they'll go to Hell? From what I know in the Bible and listening to a Preacher in a Narcissist video discussing what the Bible says is that they do. Says they are afraid to die because they don't want to face God.

Thank you again Danish. I needed to hear this today. Whatever it takes for me to survive his abuse until I am free. My narc abuser is 73 years old and is built like a tank. I think he found a new girlfriend. He leaves subtle signs of an affair to make me react. He gets off on pushing my buttons. I'm glad that eventually he will hit a wall. He has been so cruel to me. There is a dangerous storm a- brewing in Florida right now. I live in a mobile home and he doesn't care whether I get stuck in a tornado or whatever is going to happen. I hope he blows away . . . . wherever he's at!

The best revenge against a narcissist is to give them your complete and total absence and silence and then live well and happy.

You may find yourself thinking of them here and there but never talk to them or see them ever again. Just like quitting and recovering from a bad habit, you must avoid anything and everything to do with it.

Hello, Danish! I totally agree with you on everything. My grandmother died when I was 12 and I cried so much, because I loved her more than I loved my mother! But when my grandfather died 4 years later, I did not even go to his funeral, because he was a narcissist that tortured my grandmother!
I feel the presence of my grandmother after 23 years from her death and I love her for taking care of me from heaven! She was an amazing person and I will love her until I die ❤
And yes, I'm disgusted every time I remember my ex partner, but I love my daughter more because she does not have a father.
