This video along with my warm up, apartment friendly warm up, and 15 min cool down will be linked under EVERY workout video moving forward so you have easy access (and no excuses not to warm up/cool down)! Guys, when you are completing the stretches, I can't tell you how important it is not to push yourself too much. For these stretches, she's been doing this for many years, so she's able to do them easily. If something is hurting for you to do/burning, STOP THERE! You can hold in that position but DO NOT keep moving further, because you WILL damage your muscles.
TRUST ME ON THIS!!

Side note: Great stretches!! But again, don't push yourself too hard. <3

I’m only 15 and yet I’m extremely obese, unfit and unmotivated. I’m sick of being that one “fat kid” so I’m trying some easy, low impact exercises and it’s so hard since I haven’t moved this much in years! I somehow made it through an 8 minute exercise and for the first time in years I feel good! I’m gonna cool down with a few stretches now and do it again tomorrow. Sorry if this is a bit long, I just wanted to share my victory with other people like me! :D

2 months ago I was a type of person that literally never works out + desk job so you can imagine. Started doing Madfit workouts every single day 20 min and wow, not only that I lost some weight but I feel like I have more strength and mobility during the workout session. I tried other youtubers workout but it's just doesn't feel right for me and I only prefer your workouts. I am still stuck in the beginner friendly ones as you can imagine but hopefully I will get better. Looking forward in seeing more beginner workouts 😁❤

a year ago, I was an unfit, unmotivated lazy person. My fitness journey started a year ago, and I am basically in the same physical state as I was then, but I have changed so much mentally. I have been on and off working since then, but Maddie, I just want to say thank you. Right now I am exercising every day thanks to you. And I even look forward too it. Thank you so much!

I just started doing your beginner workouts a week ago and i never thought i could find enough motivation to pull through seeing that i never did any sport and PE made me hate working out. But you're doing such a great job at explaining and motivating, I really love it. Thanks for inspiring me and other people to overcome our laziness and do something😂❤️

This is my favorite 5 minute cool down by far! It actually works great stretching wise. Also, it has a calming continuity/flow, so I don't feel bored. Thanks a ton, Maddie!

these before and after workout stretches have made such a difference in my flexibility over the past 5 days!! i didn't realise until yesterday and i could completely put my forearms on the ground when my legs were in a wide stance!! so happy!!!!

Hey, Maddie! Just wanted to take some time to thank you for all the workouts! I hate going to the gym and couldn't afford taking other type of exercise classes so I've been doing your workouts everyday for 4 months and I'm super happy with it! I feel motivated and excited to start a new ones, the way you lead everything is super easy to understand and my absolutely favorites are the dance workouts! I legitimately have SO MUCH FUN while dancing with you, so I needed to drop by to thank you (and ask for more of those vids hehehe). I don't have any issues with my body, but I was trying to loose some weight and just doing your workouts everyday (taking some days off during the week when i didn't feel like doing it, ofc) made me loose 11 pounds! So yup, you're incredible <3 Keep sharing those vids and being amazing!
