Woke up late this morning, relieved a short class was on the schedule. I feel strong and confident to handle whatever brings after successfully finishing class. Now to practice focus and patience so I don’t rush my day, but enjoy it! Have a great day everyone - make it your best!

I don’t know if you will see this but THANK YOU! I’m a mom of two and homeschool my girls. I finally started putting myself first but didn’t know where to start. I really love these 20 min low impact workouts. They get the heart rate up and work the body, but aren't so demanding to put me off doing them again!

This was amazing! I truly needed this boost of energy to begin my day! I always love your pauses in between circuits; it truly helps me to nurture my muscles and recover. It also shows how cognizant you are of tailoring your course to fit everyone's level. You need challenges to help improve your ability, but they should be delivered with mindfulness, so I always appreciate instructors who execute this. I'm a yoga instructor, so I typically never do cardio unless I'm practicing a power flow, but lately, I've been focused on building strength, and your workouts have been a phenomenal help!

This is the firs pilates class that I'm doing in my new home in another country ❤️
I moved last Thursday and finally I feel I can start again my previous routine and for sure I will be doing your weekly calendar workouts. I hope you can resume and continue creating new weekly routines 🙏

Eventhough I really like your other pilates videos, which are always so flowy and without much repetition, i liked this one with the timer very much! Thanks! The length was also perfect 🤗

i hadn’t done cardio in a few weeks and honestly thought i wouldn’t be able to manage even a short workout but seeing this in my subscriptions pushed me to at least try and i’m so glad i did bc it was honestly so much fun (and proved to me how i haven’t become a total couch potato yet after all lol)! 💗💗
